Canon EOS 5Ds, EOS 5Ds R, and EF 11-24mm f/4L price information leaked ahead of the official announcement.
According to post on PhotoRumors website the EU prices of the upcoming EOS 5Ds, EOS 5Ds R DSLR cameras and EF 11-24mm f/4L wide-angle zoom lens surfaced online.
The Canon EOS 5Ds body expected to be €3,499 (around $4,000) and the EF 11-24mm f/4L lens €2,999 (around $3,400). Most probably the US prices will be lower or the same as the Euro versions. See whole details below.
Canon EOS 5DS and EF 11-24mm f/4L USM prices revealed
The 5Ds will feature a 50.6-megapixel full frame sensor with an optical low-pass filter, while the 5Ds R will be the version without an OLPF.
The EF 11-24mm f/4L lens will be dust and water proof and the optic will feature SWC, ASC and Fluorine coating.
- Canon EOS 5Ds: €3,499 (around $4,000)

Canon’s new pro-level 50-megapixel EOS 5Ds and EOS 5Ds R DSLRs will be announced on February 6th along with several new products.
The major announcement is also include the entry-level Rebel T6i DSLR, EF 11-24mm f/4L lens, a brand new EOS M3 mirrorless camera and large sensor Powershot G3 X compact model.
New Canon products most likely be on-display at CP+ 2015 show in mid-February.
