Fujifilm is rumored to announce a cheaper and low-end version of the X-T1 mirrorless interchangeable lens camera.
According to latest Fuji Rumors, the cheaper model of the X-T1 is said to be called X-T10 and expected to be announced sometime in the near future.
As you might guess if the Fujifilm X-T10 becomes official it will be a direct competitor against the entry-level Olympus OM-D E-M10 Micro Four Thirds shooter.
Fujifilm X-T10 Will Come With Trimmed Down Specifications List
Fujifilm X-T10 will be an affordable mirrorless camera with downspec’d list of the current X-T1.
The weather-sealed Fujifilm X-T1 features a 16.3 megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor, 2.36m dot resolution OLED electronic viewfinder with the world’s highest magnification and a lag-time of just 0.005 sec, phase detection AF with a world-beating response of just 0.08sec. The X-T1 is currently priced for $1,199.
Affordable Fujifilm X-T10 is rumored to be announced sometime by the end of 2015 as an entry-level X-mount camera. The X-T10 will probably weather-sealed too but should cost lower than the $1,000 price barrier. Stay tuned!
