Dpreview has posted a full in-depth review for the Sony A7s. The full-frame mirrorless camera achieves a score of 86% and gets gold award overall. Details are as follows.
They have covered almost everything in their review. Sony A7s review includes body and design, control and menus, handling, performance and features explained, video and still image quality and lots of sample images for the mirrorless shooter. See their conclusion below.

Sony A7s Earned the Gold Award With a Very High Score

From Dpreview conclusion:
The more you delve into the a7S, the more it becomes apparent that it was designed primarily for video. And it’s superlative in that context: producing clean, detailed video from its large sensor, even in low light. It’s less compelling as a stills camera, and its ergonomics aren’t a great match for videography, but if you’re serious about video, it’s seriously impressive.
The Sony A7S features a 12.2-megapixel with a 35mm full-frame sensor, 4K video recording, ISO 50 to 102,400 (extendable to ISO 409,600) and an improved AF system that remains operational down to light levels as low as -4EV.
